How do I purchase estimates?

Estimates can be purchased through the online store, by contacting Xactware sales, or an Account Executive. Purchased estimates will be created in the PRM profile.

Enabling the PRM profile

In order to create projects that are not created in behalf of a national or regional field service company that pays for your XactPRM usage, the PRM profile will need to be added. Any estimates you create in the PRM profile will be billed to you. The best way to see if you have the PRM profile is to go to create a project and see if PRM appears as an option in the Profile dropdown menu. If the PRM profile needs to be added, reach out to Xactware Sales at 800-424-9228 to purchase an estimate package.

Estimate packages vs a la carte

XactPRM estimates can be purchased in bundles or individually one at a time (a la carte). Estimate packages are pre-purchased while a la carte are billed in arrears at the end of the month. With estimate packages, the larger the package size, the better the rate.

Before turning on the PRM profile, an estimate package will need to be ordered.
Pre-purchased estimates expire 1 year from the date of purchase.

Purchasing estimate packages

There are three ways to go about purchasing an estimate package:

1 - Xactware Online Store

Using the Online Store you can purchase estimate packages in various quantities up to 500.

2 - Contacting Xactware Sales

Reach out to Xactware Sales at 800-424-9228 or by filling out their online form. This is usually the best option if the PRM profile also needs to be added to your account.

3 - Reach out to an Account Executive

For bulk purchases in excess of 500 estimates/year, reach out to Johanna Granados: 801-655-6370 | jgranados@verisk.com
