I can't create a Canadian project
XactPRM instances are country-specific. If you are only able to create US estimates but you need to be able to create Canadian estimates, your instance will need to be converted to a Canadian instance. (If you need the ability to work in both, you will need a second XactPRM instance).
- Email xactprm_feedback@xactware.com and ask for your XactPRM instance to be switched to a Canadian instance. If you are needing the ability to work in both countries, let them know.
