I get a "Single sign on failure" error when trying to access the feedback portal
When accessing the feedback portal, sometimes the following error is received:
Single sign on failure: SAML login unsuccessful. This usually means the Identity Provider is not configured or the SAML user does not have permission for th application. Responder |
This issue can be resolved by clearing the cookies for that page.
Google Chrome steps
- Click on the lock icon in the address bar of the feedback portal page showing the error.
- Click on Cookies.
- Click on ideas.xactprm.com.
- Click Remove
- Click Done.
- If you're still not able to get in, go back to the cookies page and remove all listings.
