I get a "Single sign on failure" error when trying to access the feedback portal

When accessing the feedback portal, sometimes the following error is received:

Single sign on failure: SAML login unsuccessful. This usually means the Identity Provider is not configured or the SAML user does not have permission for th application. Responder |

This issue can be resolved by clearing the cookies for that page.

Google Chrome steps

  1. Click on the lock icon in the address bar of the feedback portal page showing the error.
  2. Click on Cookies.
  3. Click on ideas.xactprm.com.
  4. Click Remove
  5. Click Done.
  6. If you're still not able to get in, go back to the cookies page and remove all listings.
